OUR VOLUNTARY RETURNS GUARANTEE

We hope that you love your purchase but in the event that it's not quite right we provide an easy returns service. Lush Labels offers a no quibble, returns guarantee for most items returned within 21 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policies.

Most items sold follow our general return policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. If more than 21 days have gone by since the date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, and excluding the non returnable products listed below as exceptions, products can be returned to us within 21 days if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. Any retail tags and our plastic, tamper proof, black retail/security tags must be still attached.

Please note that, where items are sent with branded gift boxes and/or packaging, the item must be returned with all such packaging as branded packaging is an integral part of the sale. For shrink-wrapped and/or sealed products, we only take back these products in the unopened shrink wrap film or with an undamaged seal.

Please Contact Us for full returns information. To complete your return, you must include a copy of your invoice or receipt so we can identify you.

Please remember to choose your return postal service carefully as items which do not arrive or arrive damaged will not be refunded. You would need to make a claim against the postal operator. Please remember that the best postal service for you to use when returning the item, may not be the same postal service we used.

If you return products according to this voluntary returns guarantee, we will refund to you the purchase price already paid by you, but not the delivery costs of your initial purchase. Likewise the transport risk and return costs are borne by you. This voluntary returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of cancellation as described below.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can request a cancellation of your whole order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods purchased.

You must inform us in writing by email of your decision to cancel your whole order and by then following our cancellation instructions. We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail of your cancellation request. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and to then return the item immediately as instructed.  Please see the information you should send to us in our Cancellation Form.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of reimbursement payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Note that you must send back the goods by following the instructions provided by us no later than 3 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us or within 14 days of receipt of the goods whichever is the longer period. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND OUR VOLUNTARY RETURNS POLICY

The right of cancellation and our voluntary returns policy does not apply to the delivery of:
1. Products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons including pierced earrings;
2. Sealed perfumes, creams, hosiery or similar if unsealed by you after delivery;
3. Gift cards;
4. Some health and personal care items and intimate underwear items/swimwear such as Thongs.
5. Customer "Made to Measure" items are strictly non returnable.
